| i just spent the whole day at both theme parks with my folks. including one night at the disney hotel. im exhausted from walking and talking. they havent been there since i was 3 years old. and i know they tried their best to keep up cuz they arent as young as they use to be. its okay all of us will eventually become like that as we get older. scary eh? lol it was just the 3 of us. i kno they had alot of fun tho. i felt like they were the kids and i was the parent. they ate a bunch of junk food, complained and asked alot of questions. but i love them.
we only got to experience half of the place then went to california adventure (that place sucks lol) not enough attractionz. after the whole day of quality family time. the "kids" went back to the room to sleep. i on the other hand chose to wander downtown disney. i was a bit bored so i sat at the bar inside house of blues.
the Dj was pretty good and i was contemplating if i shud drink alone cuz i use to do that when i was living in SF lol it was conflicting with my decision because i feel weird by myself. so i said fuck it, dont think.. just drink lol i usually order hennessy(my fav) but they over charge 12 bucks for shots. cuz once i start buyin ill want more so that was out of the question. might as well get a whole bottle. but anyway.. house of blues has special drinks 7 days a week for 3-5 bucks. so i ended up getting the strongest drink out of the list lol its called a CATAGORY 5 HURRICANE. and ohhh man i was beraly able to walk back to my hotel room. hmm wat was in my drink? all i remember was dark rum added at the end.
then i had realized.. my boredom was cured lol although i was alone feelin stupid worked out good. it didnt really matter cuz everybody at the bar was pretty wasted as well. ill always stay loyal to henny but that catagory 5 got me juiced lol i spoke with my friend on the phone and she told me she too was at disneyland with her auntie. i did have a feeling someone i knew was around but if i only knew it was her. i wudnt have been drinking next to myself haha
so moving on, i did a lot of thinking this weekend. more than my usual brain energy. i feel a bit lost.. i havent yet figured out whats going on but i usually tell myself to forget about it. u kno like one of those things that can stress u out just by thinking. i mean i kno whats making me think but im not gonna write about it. most of the time the problems i face, nobody can give me a real solution. better left unsaid in my case. this lost feeling im having is disrupting my happiness from continuing its course. im not about to let that happen. i might be doing something i dont really have to do. who can blame me but myself. if u cant deal with who i am then its ur problem.. blah blah i kno i talk alot for a guy that doesnt have many friends.. and i mean real friends. i do know alot of people but its not like i talk to any of them on a regular. im more active when i drink. i get more happy to drink and talk nonsense but i still try to be a gentleman to everybody. ive been keeping myself busy for that purpose so i dont have to deal with people that arent good to me. but i will keep writing because it helps to clear my head. we'll see what happens :)

| WHEW! this was the longest weekend ive had this year. My grandpa had his 90th bday in palm springs on saturday. yours truly was of course the djay. it took me the last 2 months to prepare for this gig only because i bought a new set piece by piece. my friend jonno (dj tryne) helped me out just like old times. i dont even remember our last gig--its been years.
the party went well as planned, had a few issues while setting up but we managed. there was about 150 people that attended. i got alot of good compliments from the family for hard work. im just glad everyone had a good time. and my job went as smooth as possible. i always get tense under pressure cuz im always worried about the possibility of failing to get my equipment to play sound(djays worst nightmare) but me n jonno have been thru every possible problem at our gigs. weve been dj's for 10 years now.. well minus the years that we havent had gigs and me moving to SF so ide say a solid 7 years.
my cousins(10 of them) from SF were down here too. so after the party we went to Morongo cuz they had a room there. none of us gambled cuz we went to the club instead. there was a KIIS fm djay(HEKTIK) and i must say that i didnt like his song selection, mixing was good tho. its like people that go clubbing is forced to dance to his music only. i dont feel like raving for an hour lol so we finished our drinks and went back to the room to drink more.
we stayed up all night drinkin n bonding. our room was on the 21st floor and our view of the snowy mountains and plains was HELLA NICE.. ive never seen a vew like that before in my life lol vegas always gives me a room with no view anyway. me n 2 of my cousins stayed in the elevator lobby to see that view til the sun beamed across the valley. we were there for 4 hours laughing and dancing to songs on my phone while people went to their rooms lol ohh man.. what a weekend.. today imma need a well deserved rest =0) | | |
| okay.. lets see if i can remember this correctly since im writin this hella hours later.. but anyway.
these events happened thru out the day. anywhere i go i like to pay attention to people. like faces they make while theyre driving or if im standing near someone and cant help but hear what they say.. so here we go..
event #1
i took my moms to her x-ray appointment in hollywood today, and while i was in the waiting room. there was 2 mexican ladies sittin apart from eachother on opposite sides of the room.. im sittin there and the desk usually gives u a clipboard to fill out some medical forms. i was surprised that all those forms had many different languages to choose from. so one of the ladies grabs the spanish one. i didnt notice it at first but while she was reading it, she ask the other lady to read it to her. i was like wow really? she wasnt blind or anything and im very sure its not difficult to read ur own language especially if you grabbed the one that says "spanish" and THATS ALL U SPEAK. do something with ur life please lol
so i sat there listening to very very loud espanol for an hour.

after the hospital i went took my mom to the pasadena court house to pay her ticket(my mom speeds lol)
so while she waits in line, i went to mcdonalds for lunch.
This one guy walks in wearing his shades. kinda weird looking blondish curly hair, non-shaved white guy. im waitin on my food and he walks up to the counter and says...
"what does that say? i cant see all that good"
i heard him say that and i looked at him.. i said in my head.. take off your shades dumbass... cuz one thing.. i kno he didnt seem blind either and no walking stick MAYBE bad vision. i mean he did manage to walk to the counter on his own and to say THAT to the guy working is ridiculous.. people dont use their brains sometimes lol

im done waitin for mom and i take her to work. FREE AT LAST lol joke but okay.. i had to go to the post office before it closes so i was pressed on time. i walked in and theres an extremely long line so i dont have a choice anyway.
right before they lock the doors a lady walks in holding her baby. she walks to the front of the line to ask a question and she says...
"Is there a special line for handicap people? cuz im parked outside with the car running"
worker: may i ask who is disabled?
"ME!"
so the worker says no and she walks away pissed off along with her last words... "whats wrong with you people"
umm... i cud say alot about this one but.. i just dont want to lol

so that was my day haha people have some serious issues no matter where u come from
and this is the result of what goes on if you slow down ur day to pay attention to society. its hella funny and entertaining. sometimes mind-boggling. =0)
